Fayetteville State University’s Bronco Television Airs Shows on FayTV

Fayetteville State University’s Bronco Television, a student-run organization sponsored by the Department of Communication, Languages, and Cultures, is pleased to announce that it is now airing one of its programs on the City of Fayetteville’s FayTV station, channel 7.

The Bronco Exchange is a community talk show featuring university leaders highlighting university events, athletics, academics, and more. The show is hosted by Dr. Shanessa Fenner, an elementary school principle at W.T. Brown. The show is also co-hosted by a variety of FSU students.

The show is produced in the TV Studio located in the Telecommunications Building on the campus of Fayetteville State University. Dr. Todd Frobish, Chair and Professor of Communication, Languages, and Cultures, is the Executive Producer and Editor, and university students assist with all other aspects of recording.

The show airs on Mondays and Thursdays at 10:30am, Tuesdays and Fridays at 10:00pm, and Saturdays and Sundays at 8:30am and 6:00pm. New episodes will be released each month.

Bronco Television also records Geek Talk, a student-friendly panel discussion show, and plans to start recording a student health program in the new future. All programming is available on the BroncoTelevision Channel on YouTube.

Any student, staff, or faculty member may work with the TV Studio. We also welcome community partners. For more information, please contact 910-672-1381.
